The wholemeal organic flour is a really healthy basic food. It includes the endosperm, the germ, and the bran. For instance, wholegrain wheat bread and white bread can have the same glycemic index. However the white one can increase the blood sugar faster, and then lower it also faster. The whole one can increase it lengthend, and it is better for the blood pressure.

The other problem is in the market the coloured white bread and the brown bread. The properties shows the differences between both types of bread; the structure, the weight, the colour are not the same. The coloured one has the same weight as the white one. It smells like coffee or caramel, and its structure is lighter because of the bigger holes in it.

In other way, eating wholemeal product is more healthy instead of white one, because of the stomach will be able sated faster, and the people can feel the difference on their weight.
